As connoisseurs of coastal living, we take pride in the art of entertaining. The Dorset is home to The Chesil, our signature private dining room, available to reserve for a wide range of group gatherings—from exquisitely intimate, chef‑curated dinners to lively celebratory events. Located upstairs, The Chesil features floor‑to‑ceiling windows and Juliet balconies that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere with the ease of an open‑air terrace.
