From November 20–22, join us in our Upstairs Dining Room for a limited-run Taste of Iceland pop-up dinner with guest chef Gabríel Kristinn Bjarnason, Iceland’s 2025 Chef of the Year and member of the Icelandic Culinary Team.
Immerse yourself in the purity, creativity, and bold flavours of Icelandic cuisine and savour a menu inspired by the island’s raw beauty and pristine waters. Featuring Arctic char, Icelandic cod, tender Icelandic lamb, and the country’s signature skyr, each dish is designed to celebrate the flavours of the North.
Throughout the evening, Chef Bjarnason will visit tables to share the stories and ingredients behind each course, offering a rare, personal glimpse into Iceland’s culinary culture.

On Friday, November 21 at 12pm, take your Icelandic experience a step further with an exclusive demo & dine luncheon as Certified Master Chef Hafliði Halldórsson and Chef Gabríel Kristinn Bjarnason guide you through a live cooking demonstration inspired by the flavours of Iceland.
You’ll discover the ingredients and techniques that define Iceland’s innovative culinary scene, then sit down and enjoy a beautifully plated lunch featuring the very dishes you just saw prepared.
